I hear the kick panned to my right and the sidestick panned to the left. A bit jarring cos of the way it sorta ping pongs across my head. In [i[most[/i[ mixes, the kick, snare, bass and lead vocal will be panned straight up the middle. The kick, snare and bass are fundamentals of the rhythm section, and thus the foundation on which the song is built. The lead vocal is 99% of the time the central focus and thus is spotlighted.
The background vocals overtake the lead vocals a bit. Their sound needs to support the lead vox, not necessarily overtake it.
The reverb is lush but the decay is a bit too much. The long decay is adding noise and blurring the sounds, creating sonic confusion. Tightening up the reverb to be more in time with the song would still create the sense of depth you want.
The tambourine is at a great volume and panned nice.
The ending edits seem right on. Nice job!!
Your ending with just the lead vox is super cool.
