very bright - acoustic guitars and cymbals. sounds nice but might be a bit much.
nice delay effect on 'shield"
I love the way the background vocals cascade
lead vocal gets buried by electric guitar in chorus - can't hear the harmony at all. I like that the chorus gtr came in so present (helps define chorus and increases the dynamics) but wish the vocals rose up in level to stay on top of the music.
harmony vocal is very low - *I* like the two vocals simultaneously
OOOH, Nice production moment in the 2nd verse with the delay -very tasteful and creative!!

swells might sound better with more reverb
ending swells aren't really part of the song -
Reverb on the the drums and lead vox is very tasteful!!
bass and kick drum are present and at a good level. The brightness does get a bit much but for this song, it'd be very easy for the bass levels to become overwhelming and you avoided that. nice job!
did you use the rhodes at all? if so, it's very buried. Which is fine. You're in charge, right?
