I like the delay on the vocals, as well as the subtlety used in mixing. The guitars in the chorus seem just a tad low for me, as well as the acoustics throughout the song, I would have brought them up just a bit more. Overall a nice mix indeed.

The overall mix is pretty good. The panning of the Rhodes didn't come out sounding too bad. The vocals are all right up front. It may just be me, but I would have panned two of the vocals to the left and right, and then left one in the middle. The bass could be up a little bit more in the mix.
