This is a re-version of an Argentinian Zamba composed by the great Ariel Ramirez, not only an amazing tonal structure (as usual with his songs), but also amazing lyrics (not present in this version).
I used this as a test of MusicLab’s RealGuitar 2, and yes, it does the job amazingly well after you construct the strum patterns for your needs.
